How Does It Work?

    Once you have registered and finalized your payment, Monique will send you a welcome e-mail and then you can start studying online immediately.
  •  
    You begin by studying our 250hr International Flying Foundation teacher training online. The course is fused with traditional grassroots yoga principles & theory. The training covers, Anatomy, active poses, technique, breathwork, benefits, sequencing & cuing tips, and therapeutic applications of each pose. We focus on maximizing safety and giving you business tools to be fully prepared to start your journey as a teacher.

    The Next weekend workshop will be held in February 2022
    You will need a minimum of 3 months to study and submit your written test before attending the workshop.
  •  
    Once you have completed the online portion of your training and written exam, you are now eligible to complete the on-site part via a weekend workshop with one of our on-site teachers.
  •  
    For your final assessment, you will record a 30-minute video of you teaching a class.
    Assessments and log-book hours can be organized in-studio (please talk to Sharon to book a time).
  •  
    You will also have 10 compulsory in-studio or online classes to attend so you can be confident for your final examination.
