Frequently Asked Questions
Getting Started
If you are new to aerial yoga, we recommend beginning with our Beginner Course. This course is specifically designed to introduce foundational skills in a safe and supportive environment.
If you have prior experience in aerial yoga or aerial arts, please contact Sharon to arrange an assessment. You may be eligible to join our regular Aerial Yoga classes or specialised workshops.
Booking for Others
All bookings must be made through an individual account. Each participant is required to have their own login to attend classes.
You may create an account on behalf of a friend or family member using their details. For group bookings of more than two people, please contact us directly for assistance.
After Your Beginner Course
At the completion of your course, you may receive a follow-up message from us. If you have enjoyed your experience, we invite you to continue your practice through one of our membership options.
Preparing for Your First Class
Please arrive well hydrated and ready to participate.
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your class to allow time to:
- Complete your registration form
- Set up your hammock
- Prepare and settle into the space
What Should I Wear?
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that covers the backs of the knees and underarms (e.g. leggings and a t-shirt). Avoid loose clothing and anything with zips or jewellery that may damage the hammocks.
Pregnancy
Our aerial classes, including Intro and Flow, are not suitable during pregnancy.
Medical Conditions
All students must complete a registration form and disclose any medical conditions prior to their first class. This information will remain confidential.
Conditions requiring caution include:
- Low blood pressure
- Dizziness, vertigo, or fainting
- Motion sickness
- Arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome
- Migraines
- Disc injuries
Aerial yoga is not recommended without medical clearance if you have:
- Pregnancy
- Heart disease
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure
- Recent surgery or stroke
- Severe vertigo or osteoporosis
- Chronic fatigue (severe)
- Hernia
- Spinal conditions (e.g. stenosis, spondylosis)
If you are unsure, please consult your healthcare provider and contact us before booking.
Late Arrivals
For safety reasons, late entry may not be permitted once the class has commenced. Please ensure you arrive on time.
Cancellations and Refunds
Please refer to our booking policy for details on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Parking
Free parking is available at the studio. Please check signage for any time restrictions.
During peak hours, we recommend allowing extra time for travel and parking.
Studio Facilities
We provide:
- Aerial hammocks and mats
- Basic bathroom amenities
Please note that shower facilities are not available.
Studio Environment
Our studio is maintained at a welcoming and comfortable temperature appropriate for each class, with heating in cooler months and cooling during warmer weather.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for classes and memberships.

Do I Need to Be Fit or Flexible?
No prior fitness level or flexibility is required. Our classes are designed to support all levels, and progressions are provided to suit each individual.
