The Beginning

 

Embark on Your Aerial Yoga Journey: Experience ultimate relaxation, recovery, and deep stretching in our restorative and gentle aerial yoga class. This class is open to students of all levels but is especially well-suited for total beginners. No previous experience is required. If you’re new to aerial yoga, our dedicated Beginners course aligns with this class to help you get started on the right foot.

Dive into a 60-minute beginner-friendly class that offers a gentle and meditative approach. In this class, we prioritize holding poses for extended periods to facilitate deep stretching, relaxation, and restoration.


We initiate the class on the high hammock and occasionally transition to a lower height for a more grounded experience, allowing you to explore deeper and more soothing asanas close to the ground. The class is meticulously designed to rejuvenate and heal the body, and we often incorporate yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, massage balls, and straps for a safe and comfortable practice. These props support your body as you move through each pose.


Our Fly Low class is known for its unhurried pace, and it focuses on stretching all areas of the body while easing away stress and tension from joints and muscles. It’s a welcoming space for individuals of all levels, so whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, you’ll feel right at home.

The best way to start any new movement practice is with our Beginners Fundamentals Course. Designed to introduce newcomers to the foundational aspects of Aerial Yoga. This class is perfect for those who’ve never tried yoga or aerial yoga before. Even if you’re a regular student, you can benefit from this class when you’re recovering from an injury or simply seeking a gentler, self-loving pace.


Our 6-week rotating course is tailored to provide new students with a strong foundation in aerial exercises using hammocks. We focus on essential elements like basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle engagement to help your body learn to move and balance on aerial hammocks. Aerial Yoga is a comprehensive fitness program blending conditioning, pilates, flexibility, and yoga on aerial hammocks. These classes, while beginner-friendly, deliver a challenging workout. While no prior experience is necessary, we recommend completing the 6-week Beginners Course to advance your practice.

★ If this is your first class, expect both mental and physical challenges, and you might feel sore for a couple of days. Keep in mind that the first class may not be easy for everyone, but by the third class, you’ll start to feel more comfortable, and that’s when the real fun and transformation begin!
