While it’s designed to push your boundaries, our experienced instructors provide modifications for those seeking a gentler approach and advanced cues for those ready to take on more complex movements. This allows every student to practice at their own pace and personal edge. If you’re new to aerial yoga, you are welcome to join, but be prepared to be challenged!
