Sharon’s journey into Aerial Yoga and Aerial Acrobatics began in 2014. After delving into wellness coaching, she stumbled upon Aerial Acrobatics in London during a break from her design career. Her passion grew as she discovered the healing benefits for her spinal injury and her ability to manage ADHD through Aerial Yoga. This revelation ignited a desire to share her newfound practice with the world, inspiring her to become a coach.

Sharon earned her Aerial Yoga Instructor certification from The Aerial Yoga Academy in December 2018, and she furthered her qualifications at The Empowered Center in Midland, graduating in June 2019. She has also completed teacher training in silks in 2022, further expanding her repertoire.

In 2020, Sharon deepened her expertise through training with Spanda School for Functional Flow Yoga, delving deeper into spiritual teachings and asana knowledge. As an Aerial Yoga Teacher Trainer, Sharon is committed to continuous learning and has been teaching group and private classes for over three years. She’s also shared her knowledge by teaching circus classes for both kids and adults at The Circus Centre and Circus WA in Perth.


 

As a young woman, she has always been practicing a great variety of sports:

Sharon’s athletic background includes a diverse range of sports, from ice skating to fencing, martial arts, gymnastics, paddle sports, swimming, cycling, and horse riding. Her well-rounded experiences, coupled with her creative background in design, illustration, and performing arts, give her a unique and detail-oriented approach. Her classes exude a magical aura, creating a special space for her students.

 


 

Health Coaching

Sharon also has a deep interest in ADHD, ASD, Hypermobility and Dyspraxia, a movement and coordination disorder she once struggled with. She believes that persistence and the right movement regimen can create new neural pathways and significantly improve this condition. As a certified Integrative Wellness coach, her method emphasizes a functional approach to achieve life balance and happiness, driven by her personal healing journey. She also specializes in managing hypermobility, offering insights and strategies to support her students’ well-being.
